The honest headline up front: EasyPay's casino acceptance is growing but still narrower than the big voucher names. As of June 2026 we've confirmed it at Betway, PlayaBets and 10bet (from just R5) — a solid trio, but not yet the universal coverage that 1Voucher and OTT have at every SA operator. So it's a genuinely useful option if you've got a Kazang vendor on your street and you play at one of those three.
What is an EasyPay voucher?
EasyPay is a long-running SA bill-payment and prepaid brand. The voucher version is a cash-bought prepaid PIN, distributed largely through the Kazang vendor network (a Lesaka product) and the Kazang app. You hand over cash, the vendor's Kazang terminal prints a slip with a PIN, and that PIN is your deposit credit.
Like every cash voucher, there's no bank account, no card, and no gambling line item on any statement — it's about as private and budget-bounded as deposits get.
Where to buy EasyPay vouchers
- Kazang vendors — spaza shops, salons, takeaways, and corner stores with a Kazang terminal on the counter. This is the main route. The strength here is informal retail. If you live somewhere a Shoprite is a taxi ride away but there's a spaza with a Kazang machine round the corner, EasyPay (and OTT) will often be easier to find than 1Voucher. Ask the vendor specifically for an "EasyPay voucher" — Kazang terminals sell airtime, electricity and several voucher types, so be clear which one you want.

Find a Kazang vendor, hand over cash (R5–R1,000), and ask for an EasyPay voucher. The terminal prints a slip with your PIN. No PIN, no money — guard that slip like cash, because that's exactly what it is.

"Voucher not recognised": confirm you selected EasyPay, not another voucher type, and re-check the PIN (1s vs 7s, 0s vs Os are common slip mis-reads).
Vendor doesn't have EasyPay: Kazang terminals carry different products by vendor. If yours doesn't stock EasyPay, ask for OTT — it rides similar informal-retail networks.
Lost your slip: there's no recovery once the PIN is gone. Treat the slip as cash until you've deposited it.
